SOCIAL JUSTICE STUDENT SUMMIT

Join college students involved in community service, civic engagement, advocacy, justice and activism to share strategies, learn from community leaders and become empowered to increase active participation in our democratic process.

* Keynote speakers bringing you presentations of substance that offer information, entertainment and inspiration.

* Dozens of interactive, thoughtful and stimulating workshops on the civil rights movements, environmental movements, labor movements, community service, media, racism, community organizing and development and activism.

* Civic engagement round table luncheon highlighting opportunities to volunteer, intern, and employment at local and national non-profit, political and social justice organizations.

* Academic presentations by your peers surrounding their research and recommendations related to the theme of the conference.

Registration fee is $5.00 for CSUF students and $10.00 for general public if received by March 31, 2005.
