Smith Playground hosts Halloween party
Smith Memorial Playground & Playhouse will host Halloween at Smith on Friday, October 31st from 10am-noon. The event, for children five and under and their caregivers, will include spooky crafts, Halloween stories and a costume parade through the playground for children and grownups.
Smith Memorial Playground and Playhouse is a private, non-profit organization that has been providing unique recreational opportunities to the children of the Philadelphia for more than 109 years. Admission to Smith is free. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Groups are encouraged to visit and must make reservations in advance. Smith is located above Kelly Drive at the intersection of 33rd and Oxford in East Fairmount Park.
