Philly LISC seeks Senior Program Officer – Economic Opportunity

Philadelphia LISC seeks a Senior Program Officer to promote place-based social and economic inclusion, economic and educational opportunities, and shared public spaces, with a particular focus in West Philadelphia. The Senior Program Officer will develop strategies and tactics which result in the creation and implementation of a community benefit agenda, an equitable development strategy, and workforce and business development pipelines.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in economic development, workforce development, community development, or other relevant field work in diverse urban environments, inclusive of academic career. A master’s degree is preferred. Must be results-driven and outcome-oriented with a demonstrated track record of success in their field. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, interpersonal and managerial skills, and leadership ability to advance LISC priorities with minimal supervision.
