Self-Care Zoom Workshops for these Uncertain Times

We may not be able to connect in person, but we can still support you in taking care of yourself as you navigate through the demands and anxiety of this time.  We welcome back Helanah Warren (vegan yogi and wellness coach)) to provide this weekly series of workshops that will include meditation, writing, self-care strategies and sharing.  All meetings will be conducted using Zoom software that can easily be downloaded on your device for video or you can call in.  Join us for one or many!
