Secretary, Vaux Big Picture High School

The School Secretary at Vaux Big Picture High School is the master of the front office, the command center for the entire school. The School Secretary is warm, collegial, and flexible but has a strong sense of order; they are the face of the school. The School Secretary is extremely organized and can both operate existing systems and create systems where none exist. The will be a member of a two-person team running the office; the responsibilities below will be split in half between them.
Note: This is a School District of Philadelphia position.
