Sales/Marketing/Design Assistant Job Description:

Reports to: Sue Igoe

Salary Range: $33,000 – $37,000

Position Purpose: The main responsibilities of this position are to support the sales and marketing staff in the management of partner business accounts and the maintenance of the partner reward program. The position requires a proficiency in design software in order to update reward design and to make minor graphical updates to existing marketing pieces. The Sales and Marketing Assistant will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the workings of the company and be able to effectively navigate the Company?s administrative tool which tracks all sales activities and marketing initiatives.

Essential Job Functions:

? Works directly with the RecycleBank design team to update and customize existing RecycleBank rewards using Illustrator.
? Responsible for the preparation, assembling and distribution of sales and marketing materials
? Will make regular updates to the RecycleBank.com website through the comprehensive RecycleBank administration tool. No prior knowledge of this tool is necessary, but this position will be expected to become highly proficient with this program as part of their responsibilities.
? Editing/updating/customizing marketing materials, sales presentations, and sales proposals upon request including PowerPoint presentations and word documents
? Responsible for the scheduling of weekly sales and marketing meetings and department calendar.
? Administrative assistance as needed

Qualifications:
College Graduate or equivalent
Mac user proficient in design software including Photoshop and Illustrator
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication and written skills
