Philadelphia VIP’s LawWorks Project is co-sponsoring a free Pfizer seminar for nonprofit executives on The Role of Effective Board Committees in Nonprofit Governance.
The seminar will be hosted by DLA Piper at 1650 Market Street on November 24, 2014 from 11:30am-3:30pm and will provide information about the different types of board committees, and the pros and cons of delegating responsibilities to those committees. To register, click here.
