Maybe you’d like to join us? We are seeking our founding Philadelphia Regional Director to help launch DREAM for youth in affordable housing in and around the city!

OUR MISSION
DREAM works to change the life outcomes of youth living in affordable housing by providing high quality, college-campus based Village Mentoring, summer enrichment, local and regional adventures, support for post-secondary success, and an unwavering commitment to dreaming big.

DREAM’s mission is to build communities of families and college students that empower youth from affordable housing neighborhoods to recognize their options, make informed decisions and achieve their dreams. DREAM’s unique Village Mentoring model is a shift from traditional one-on-one mentoring to a more community oriented approach, building a strong social support network around each participant. All of our DREAM youth receive consistent, year-round DREAM programming, from elementary school through high school graduation and into college and career.

DREAM is a small but growing organization, recently launched in the vibrant city of Philadelphia.
