Recipes for Successful Special Events

  • Is the Gala dead?
  • Is the board dictating the types of events you have based on their interests?
  • When do you drop an event that’s been around forever?
  • How do you develop a realistic events budget?
  • How do you get organizational buy-in?
  • How do you set realistic expectations?
  • How do you create an event that deserves to happen more than once?

Special Events may be the one fundraising tool most likely to elicit a sigh of frustration from development directors. They are often a love them/hate them proposition because they drain energy and resources.

Join us on February 26, when we take on the topic of special events under the guidance of an experienced, seasoned professional who knows what works and what doesn’t.

When: February 26, 2016, 9 am to 4 pm
Where: Beneficial Bank, 1818 Market St., Phila.

Cost: $129 for Members/$159 for Non-Members
