Read to Succeed: Literacy Specialist (Part-Time)

Literacy Specialist, ten month part-time (grant-funded position):
- Create curriculum based materials that go with book distribution to promote family engagement and active reading over the summer
- Host monthly family/community workshops to instruct the families on how to use the created materials along with best practices for engaging their children during home reading time
- Responsible for reporting and analyzing all gathered data in order to make program recommendations and improvements
