SUMMARY

The Technology Project Manager is responsible for implementing projects that support the strategic technology plan of Clarifi and supporting continual business operation of the agency through coordinating support for technology-related issues.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a professional work environment.
  • Strong interest in working for a mission-focused organization.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and a strong understanding of databases, telecom, and networking technologies.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to complete projects independently while showing self-motivation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to communicate about technology to users at all skill levels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

  • Manage concurrent technology projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Create business requirements and functional specification documentation.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the efforts of team members, partner agencies, third-party contractors, and consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
  • Deliver clear and consistent communication status of tasks, milestones, objectives, and resource allocations to key stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise and implement contingency plans.
  • Ensure that goals and projects advance the agency towards the strategic plan.
