Position Description
Position:         Project Assistant, Student Success Center
Reports To:        Coordinator, Student Success Center

Primary Objective:    To provide administrative and programmatic support to the Student Success Center at Lincoln High School, including data entry and analysis for tracking outcomes

Responsibilities and Duties:

– Assist in inputting, tracking and assessing program performance and youth outcome data
– Generate reports as needed and provide written summaries of data recorded
– Provide administrative support in daily operations of the  Student Success Center
– Support staff in assigned project‐based work
– Share knowledge of data coding and analysis techniques with other staff
– Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings
– Create spreadsheets, templates, memos and forms as needed to promote and track programs
– File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports
– Assist in supervising student workers and volunteers for specified events

Skills Necessary for the Successful Performance of Responsibilities and Duties:
– Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
– Minimum of two years experience in an administrative role
– Demonstrated working knowledge of positive youth development practices
– Team oriented and able to multi-task and produce in a fast paced environment
– Computer proficiency in Mac, Windows, Microsoft applications, Excel, and Access Databases
– Professional skills necessary for all phases of data input, reporting and analysis
– Ability to organize programs, projects and activities
– Ability to perform requested tasks with minimal direction
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to think critically with excellent problem solving skills
– Successful completion of FBI clearance, criminal background check and child abuse clearance

Salary Range:   $25,000 – $35,000
