Program Evaluation and Surveillance Manager sought by The Philadelphia Department of Public Health  for its Division of Maternal, Child and Family Health. The Manager will be responsible for working closely with the senior management and program staff to: 1) ensure timely and accurate program reports to funders, 2) design and implement rigorous program evaluation initiatives, 3) collect, manage, and analyze data-particularly vital statistics data-for surveillance and needs assessment purposes, 4) prepare reports and analytic briefs to educate public health stakeholders and the public at large about maternal and child health issues, and 5) partner with internal and external researchers to further the evidence base on maternal and child health issues.
