Program Director – Sheila Dennis House
•    Provides day-to-day administration and service supervision of all program activities and staff assigned to the program.
•    Complies and maintains weekly as well as monthly reports regarding program activities, statistical and tracking data for submission of them by specified deadlines.
•    Manages and coordinates scheduling of program activities and recordkeeping compliance.
•    Identifies referral sources for program.
•    Develops and manages a database of information related to individuals in the program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master of Science/Arts and a combination of acceptable training and experience in Homelessness, Homeless Shelter Management, Mental Health, Addictive Diseases, Addictive Behavior. Must possess a proven ability to supervise and develop programs.  Participation in general staff meetings, department meetings and trainings as directed.  Must be well organized, detail-oriented, task-driven and able to work independently and set daily priorities by maintaining a weekly as well as a monthly schedule.  Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and a willingness to assist wherever needed. Must be able to respond with flexibility in cooperation with emergency request, changes in work schedule or assignment.
