Phenomenally U: How to  Lead and Empower  America’s Next Top ROLE Models Part 1

A 2011 Girl Scout Research Institute survey found that  teen reality-show viewers expect bullying in their own lives, think gossiping is part of what they do, believe they have to compete against one another to get a guy’s attention, and measure themselves primarily by how good they look in the mirror.

Participants will learn three proven solutions for connecting to teen girls and young women of the Reality TV Era (14-23yrs).   This training will expose techniques on how to improve self-esteem and create a positive and affirming classroom, school or organization environment.

Learn how to:
* Gain the respect of young women in 5 sec or less
* Foster Mutual Respect
* Promote the Practice of Self-love and Self-respect.
* Begin Healing the Generation Gap.

This training is great for:  Youth Workers who are Mentors, Counselors,  Teachers and Role Models.

” I really enjoyed how we actually learned that Reality TV isn’t real and how girls alter themselves to be like them. Girls think that it’s alright to have sex and fight. That’s not ladylike. Girls are not respecting themselves and I learned that from Phenomenally U.” -A.J.,13 yrs
