Drucker seeks applicants for innovation award

The Drucker Institute is accepting applications for the 2014 Peter F. Drucker Award for Nonprofit Innovation, an annual award that recognizes a nonprofit organization which best demonstrates Peter Drucker’s definition of innovation: “change that creates a new dimension of performance.”

The award, which includes an unrestricted cash prize of $100,000, recognizes an existing program that has made a difference in the lives of the people it serves and is granted to the nonprofit organization that best demonstrates innovation.

To be eligible, organizations must be considered tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  The application must be submitted by July 1, 2014.
