Paths to Promising Futures: Clarifi 2020 Annual Report

If you’re anything like us, you may be tempted to shut the door on 2020. Still, it is a longstanding tradition at Clarifi to look back on our successes and compile them into an annual report. When we started this project back in spring, there was a heaviness on our minds. How much good could have possibly come out of such a difficult year? As it turns out: quite a lot.
At the end of 2020, as part of our strategic planning process, our staff developed six new core values to guide our work: justice, community, integrity, empathy, pride, and tenacity. These values provided the perfect framework for the story we wanted to tell. As you flip through the pages of the report, Paths to Promising Futures, we hope you will see how we live these values every day.
The work our clients and counselors do together is very rarely easy. Yet with the support of partners like you, we’re confident that we’ll reach our destination.
