Part-time Instructors, Comey Institute

The Comey Institute of Industrial Relations at Saint Joseph’s University has 2 openings for adult education teacher/facilitators. A brief description of the positions is as follows:

1. Web Site Development for beginners. Need teaching experience and background in subject. Enjoy working with adults. Course is entitled "Web sites for the Workplace." Will be held on Saint Joseph’s Campus. 3 hours a week on Thursday evenings. Total of 8 classes per semester. Spring term– February through May 03.

2. Career Skills Development. Course topics cover resume building, job searching, interviewing, anger management, dressing for success, etc. Same requirements as above. Co-Teach with at least 1 other instructor. Course is entitled "Changing Jobs for Changing World." Will be held at one of the Delaware County Community College campuses. 3+ hours a week for 3 weeks per course offering. Tentatively scheduled for T/W/TH from 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM from end of March through mid April 03.

Fair salary offered. Opportunity to continue teaching course in future semesters.
