Open House: Year-Round Tax Site at North Central Empowerment Zone

OPEN HOUSE!
You are invited to see our new tax preparation site, offering year-round financial services to families located in the North Central Empowerment Zone.
Friday, February 21
10:30am to 1:30pm

Supported by the North Central Empowerment Zone’s Neighborhood Funding Stream Program (NFS), and the IRS, the North Central Financial Center will assist residents accessing income supports such as the EITC, Child Tax Credit, Education Credits, Pre-paid Debit Cards, Saving Bonds, FAFSA applications, screening for public benefits and, of course, filing income taxes.
Year-round we will hold financial education workshops for residents of the Philadelphia North Central Empowerment Zone and partner with other community-based organizations to provide one-on-one financial and housing counseling.
