Newly renovated Housing
Bridges4Change has collaborative partners in the communities who want to aid Our Veterans in their time of need. Incorporating stabilization, direction and maintenance as keys to successful outcomes for Our Veterans.
Supportive Services Include:
– Case management
– Transitional Housing (private/semi private)
– Safe Haven
