North Philly Senior Center hosts open house
The North Broad Street Senior Center will host an Open House and Senior Resource Expo on Wednesday, July 15th.
The Open House is an opportunity for seniors age 60 and older to receive this year’s Farmer’s Market Food Vouchers. The vouchers will be distributed at the Center starting July 13th through July 24th from 10am-noon on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There will also be information for seniors on housing, energy assistance and banking eesources. Small group tours of the Center will also be led by Center volunteers. Refreshments, music and line dancing will also be part of the event.
The Center, a program of the North City Congress, is located at 1438 North Broad Street. For additional information, call Marloe Brown, Program Coordinator at 215-978-1327.
