New Report: Role of libraries in communities

Posted by on February 4, 2005

Chapin Hall Center for Children at the University of Chicago is pleased to announce the release of findings from a study, commissioned by The Wallace Foundation, suggesting that communities should take a closer look at the role that public libraries can play in strengthening the skills of teenagers, building the capacity of libraries as institutions, and connecting libraries more closely to communities.

The study is available free of charge on the Chapin Hall web site. (Registration is required.)
