New Report on Community Colleges’ Role in Filling “Green” Jobs
This may be of particular interest to afterschool allies working with older youth; particularly, those making next-step decisions about higher education and potential career pathways.
Thousands of workers will be needed to fill *green* jobs that are being created as the United States moves toward a low-carbon and sustainable future. Community colleges are in a pivotal position to prepare a green workforce, according to a new report from AED and the National Council on Workforce Education.
