Community Organizing as an Instrument of Change Management, by Lukas Bischof.

I am among those who believe that community organizing is good for more than just community organizing–that it presents a model good for a variety of other things. Lukas shares my belief and has applied the model specifically to change management in universities. This paper also brings a German perspective to our thinking about community organizing.
