Community Organizing as an Instrument of Change Management,  by Lukas Bischof.

The paper is available at http://comm-org.wisc.edu/comm-org/page.php?7

I am among those who believe that community organizing is good for more than just community organizing–that it presents a model good for a variety of other things.  Lukas shares my belief and has applied the model specifically to change management in universities.  This paper also brings a German perspective to our thinking about community organizing.

There is a forum set up if you wish to comment on the paper.  You must join the COMM-ORG website to post to the forum.
