Neighborhood Economic Development Impact Grants (NEDIG) | Request for Proposals

NEDIG provides developers with gap financing for commercial and industrial real estate projects involving new construction or the substantial rehabilitation of vacant buildings within the American Street Empowerment Zone and the North Central Empowerment Zone.
