The 2004 National Conference Program Committee is pleased to announce a Call for Presentations, for the annual event to be held from Sunday, June 6 to Tuesday, June 8 in Kansas City, Missouri. Proposals for workshops and seminars will be considered for inclusion in the program if they are received by February 6, 2004.

The Conference Registration Brochure will be available in February 2004. All program participants are expected to register for the conference and pay the appropriate registration fees.
