Million Miles for Justice

Posted by Pennsylvania Bar Foundation on April 18, 2016

If you are in Indiana, Lemont Furnace, Greensburg, Pittsburgh, State College, Harrisburg, or the Philadelphia area during the next few weeks, you may see a Honda Accord with Phillies plates pass by you. You may have just had a sighting of Pennsylvania Bar Association Pro Bono Coordinator David Trevaskis, who has logged more than one million miles on his cars (3 Honda Accords) criss-crossing the Commonwealth working to increase pro-bono legal services to the most vulnerable members of our society.

The Pennsylvania Bar Foundation is marking this milestone with an event – The Million Miles For Justice Car Raffle – featuring a grand prize of a 2016 Honda Accord EX-L presented by Faulkner Honda in Harrisburg or $25,000. The drawing will take place at the PBA Annual Dinner in Hershey on May 12, 2016.

PBA President-Elect Sara Austin has her tickets and she adds: “Raffle tickets for something we’d all love to have (a new Honda Civic—or $25K) and the benefit going to a good cause? What could be better?!?! If you don’t have your ticket(s) yet for the PA Bar Foundation’s Million Miles for Justice car raffle, it’s not too late – just click on the link below. Purchasing a ticket enters you into the raffle and also helps support the Foundation, an entity whose mission includes enabling access to justice for all citizens and helping PA’s teenagers become better citizens. Tickets are limited, so get yours now!”

Tickets are available until May 12, 2016 shortly before the drawing.

The following will take you to the Foundation’s website where you can find how to purchase tickets and additional information.
