Our Mission + Vision
MISSION: DigITal Girls employs innovative initiatives to equip women and girls with the education, resources, and access they need to thrive in the information and technology industry.
VISION:DigITal Girls envisions a culture shift in the field of technology that welcomes and values women as industry leaders. Our vision is to close the technology gender gap by increasing the number of women and girls that obtain a degree and career in IT-related fields.
DigITal Girls aims to successfully help 100 girls and women secure academic enrollment, internships, and careers in IT-related fields by 2020.
DigITal Girls is currently recruiting teen girls that are juniors and seniors in high school to participate in our IT Girls Fellowship Program, and seeking Mentors and Instructors. Please feel free to share this with your network.
