The Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia is a membership organization building a just and sustainable economy in the Philadelphia region by connecting, supporting and promoting locally owned, independent businesses. We are a rapidly growing, results-oriented organization located in Center City, Philadelphia.

SBN’s existing staff is made up of high-performing, passionate, fun-loving individuals and we are looking for the right person to join us. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility and ability to embrace change; commitment to SBN’s values and mission; excel in a fast-paced, open office environment; work well in a team; have experience working with diverse communities; and is self motivated and able to work independently and balance multiple tasks.

Membership Director

The Membership Director will be responsible for developing programs and services to meet the needs of our member businesses, increasing the retention rate of current members, and recruiting new members. The Membership Director will also oversee the development of a new website, including a platform for member to member exchange. This is a new position in the Membership Department that will report to the Executive Director.
