Meet the Author Series at Taller
Motivos magazine offers a unique bilingual platform for student expression and connection. At this Meet the Author Series, youth who’ve been published in the magazine will share their poems, prose, interviews, and art work. The founder will showcase their fantastic visual poetry project produced in collaboration with NKCDC and Nic Justice Films. Come help Motivos celebrate nine years of empowering youth to find their voice and shape their futures through creative expression, community engagement and exposure to college and career options. Projecting youth voices and impacting trajectories of subscribers now at 600 schools in 30 states, Puerto Rico, Colombia and Costa Rica, Motivos invites you to be a part of their movement.
