If you’re an established, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and have questions about corporate governance, internal controls, intellectual property, contracts, and other legal issues, email mgorini@phillyvip.org to request a registration form; registration is required by 7/22/2014. This clinic is co-sponsored by The Nonprofit Center at La Salle University and LawWorks, a project of Philadelphia VIP.
