Title: Behavioral Health Services Division Director
Description: Congreso de Latinos Unidos, Inc is searching for caring, committed individuals to join our team in serving and empowering the North Philadelphia and Latino communities! Seeking high level Director to develop, direct, & evaluate multiple program operations, including Congreso’s innovative Girls Center for adjudicated adolescent girls. Supervise approx 35 staff; develop & maintain partnerships with funders; provide fiscal management; serve as member of Congreso’s executive and leadership team. BA, 3-5 yrs supervisory exp required. D&A/MH experience, MA, bilingual (Eng/Span) preferred.
