THE COURSE
Join us for Introduction to Cross Sector Leadership: Solving Problems, a 5-week Leaderosity course offered by Presidio Institute. Through the course you’ll learn a systems approach to solving problems – one that inspires others to look beyond their individual or organizational perspectives to consider a collective good. You’ll gain new insight into problems and their impact on people by learning the experiences of those directly affected by them – and you’ll learn how to help others understand how they themselves may be contributors. You’ll define results and inform decision-making using qualitative and quantitative data. Throughout this online course, you’ll be introduced to concepts through short video lectures, readings, and discussions. But, the bulk of your learning will come by practicing cross sector leadership skills in individual and team assignments – the real world cases you feel passionate about.
