Introduction to Cross Sector Leadership: Building Teams will focus on developing trust, managing power dynamics and conflict, and fostering an innovation culture.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
- An increased awareness of the concept of cross sector leadership
- An overview of the Presidio Institute 9 universal skills of cross sector leadership
- A deeper understanding of the skills necessary for building strong, productive, and collaborative teams
Course instructors will be available to answer questions and provide feedback/comments on individual and group assignments. Course content will consist of lecture videos, readings and interactive exercises. It will be available for you to access at any point. The course occurs entirely online and you will set meeting times to meet with your course team.
