Interim Executive Director Opportunities Session – Dec 19
Thinking about Your Next Career Step?
Attend an Explore the Opportunities Session
As the long predicted exodus of baby boomer executive directors comes to pass, there is an increasing need for experienced Interim Executive Directors to assist nonprofits through their transition periods. Even prior to this, Interim EDs have been part of the transition process in nonprofits who are experiencing a planned or unplanned leadership change.
The Nonprofit Center, which has operated a successful Interim Executive Director program since 2006, is currently recruiting potential candidates for whom this role would be a good fit.
A career as a Nonprofit Center Interim Executive Director is ideal for retired EDs, or those who are not bound or dependent upon, permanent employment, who would enjoy the opportunity to be immersed for periods of up to nine months in new and challenging environments, and who want to continue doing the kind of work they love.
If you have at least five years of experience as a nonprofit executive director, this could be the next career path for you.
If you would like to know more about what The Nonprofit Center has to offer, the requirements, and how we operate, we invite you to attend either of two exploration sessions being held at La Salle University:
· Wednesday, December 19, 2018, 8:30 am – 10:30 am (coffee and networking followed by presentation and Q&A)
· Wednesday, January 9, 2019, 8:30 am – 10:30 am (coffee and networking followed by presentation and Q&A)
