Hunger Advocacy 101
by Food Policy Advisory Council

Big changes may be coming to the policies that help feed Philadelphians. Beyond donating and volunteering, what can you do? Join the Philadelphia Food Policy Advisory Council, Philabundance, and the Greater Philadelphia Coalition Against Hunger for this Hunger Advocacy 101 Training.

Learn how to speak out to influence policy and decision makers about the need to fight hunger, including:

  • Presenting data on the scope of the problem
  • Sharing stories of those experiencing hunger
  • Promoting effective solutions that need support
  • This event is free with registration. Light refreshments will be provided.
