How the Justice System Responds to Juvenile Victims: A Comprehensive Model
The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) announces the availability of “How the Justice System Responds to Juvenile Victims: A Comprehensive Model.” This 12-page bulletin was written by Drs. David Finkelhor, Theodore Cross, and Elise Cantor.
Part of OJJDP’s Crimes Against Children series, the bulletin introduces the concept of a juvenile victim justice system and reviews the case flow processes for the child protection and criminal justice systems, describing their interaction.
