Homeless Memorial Day 2020 – Save the Date and Call for Names – Dec 21

The Philadelphia Homeless Memorial Day event will take place on the evening of Monday, December 21, 4:30 – 6pm. This will be a virtual event, and more information will be coming soon on how to participate. Please save the date! Look for updates here and on the Homeless Memorial Philly Facebook page.
We are also beginning the process of gathering the names of those whom we want to remember in this year’s memorial. We need your help to remember all those homeless and formerly homeless persons who died in 2020 (and since last year’s remembrance on 12/19/19). Please submit names and as much identifying information as you are able on this form by December 13. We are requesting additional information to verify identity; only the names will be publicized at the event. You can also submit names to memorial@projecthome.org or call Rachel Frome at 215-232-7272 ext. 3048.
We need your help to make sure that we are including all the people in our community who were homeless and formerly homeless who passed away this year. Please share this email with your colleagues. If you have any questions, please contact us at memorial@projecthome.org.
