Funding for HIV health services in region available

The City of Philadelphia, Department of Public Health, AIDS Activities Coordinating Office, is seeking applications from non-profit organizations to deliver certain health services for people living with HIV/AIDS in southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey.

In Philadelphia, funding is available for care outreach, home health care, mental health care, oral health care, psychosocial support services, respite care and substance abuse treatment.  The request for proposals can be downloaded here.

Funding for services in Bucks, Chester, Delaware or Montgomery Counties is available for care outreach, home health care, mental health care, oral health care, psychosocial support services, and substance abuse treatment. The request for proposals can be downloaded here.

Funding for services in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Salem Counties in New Jersey is available for housing assistance and counseling, medical transportation, oral health care and substance abuse treatment.  The request for proposals can be downloaded here.

There is a very short turnaround time for responses to this request for proposals.  Letters of intent are due by December 10th and full proposals are due by noon on January 5, 2009.
