Hiring for 100 Temporary Election Jobs, City of Phila.

City Commissioner Omar Sabir announced the availability of over 100 temporary Clerical Assistant jobs with the Board of Elections. Clerical Assistants will work at Election Satellite Offices across the City helping voters to obtain and submit mail-in ballots and register new voters. Clerical Assistants perform data entry, customer service duties, or a mix of both.

These are full-time, temporary positions through the November 2020 Election starting at $13.75/hour. Applicants must be 18+ years old and a resident of Philadelphia. Additionally, applicants should possess data entry skills, have customer service experience and have knowledge of office procedures, basic Microsoft Office applications, and arithmetic.

“We need Philadelphians in every corner of the city to apply for these jobs so that we can properly staff offices across the city, ensuring that all Philadelphians have access to our satellite offices and the services they provide” said Commissioner Sabir.
