Financial and Grants Management Institute Workshop Sessions, Slideshows, Handouts, and More Now Available at the Resource Center
In November 2009, MacArthur & Baker International (the financial and grants management training and technical assistance provider for CNCS grantees) held the Financial and Grants Management Institute. If you were unable to attend, you can still benefit from the many informative sessions that were part of the event.
The Resource Center is now home to the PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and many other individual documents related to 15 sessions and numerous café topics — from avoiding common issues and pitfalls, to documenting cash and in-kind match; from establishing internal controls, to closing out your AmeriCorps grant; from living allowance distribution, to timesheets. A treasure trove of materials is there to help you effectively manage your program’s grant.
