Delco foundation issues Request for Proposals
We are excited to announce that The Foundation for Delaware County’s second competitive grantmaking cycle is underway.
While we make some grants from our supporters Donor Advised Funds and other restricted funds, the grants we award through this program advance the foundation’s goal to improve the health and quality of life for children and families in Delaware County.
The Request for Proposals, now available on our website, includes a description of our four grantmaking areas, the types of grants available and instructions for using our application portal. New this year: organization’s interested in applying must submit a Letter of Intent through our online grant portal by July 26, 2019. The Letter of Intent application will be open here on Friday, June 28, 2019. Organizations that submit Letters of Intent will be notified on August 19, 2019 if a proposal is welcome. Invited proposals will be due on-line Oct. 14, 2019 and grant awards will be announced on March 26, 2020.
