Salary: $40,000 – $55,000

Description:
Primary responsibilities include preparation of proposals and grant applications, and performance of responsible professional and administrative work in researching, identifying, developing and responding to public and private grant opportunities in the areas of Education, Human Services, and Real Estate Development.
Work is performed under broad direction of the Executive Director with the majority of work performed independently.
Additional Qualifications:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required
Highly organized
Experienced with Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Power Point; Outlook
Experience in internet research
Able to effectively work under pressure
Use independent judgment and produce a quality work product within tight time constraints.
Comprehensive knowledge of research
Bachelor’s Degree
