D2D Fund – Savings Bond Portal Use (Link to RFP below)
To support tax time asset building, D2D Fund (D2D) will offer Series I U.S. Savings Bonds as a savings tool for the third consecutive year during Tax Season 2009 (TS ’09) through its web based Savings Bond Portal.
D2D invites VITA sites to participate in this project by responding to its Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP outlines D2D’s objectives for the project, operations of the Savings Bond Portal and participation requirements. Submission deadline is September 19th.
