During the week of October 12 – 15, in partnership with Flying Kite Media, Graduate! Philadelphia, PhillyGoes2College, the Graduation Coach Campaign, West Chester University and After School Activities Partnerships will host a series of college access programs for the entire family.

From middle school students to high school students to the adult learner – there will be helpful information and resources for everyone! All workshops will be held at 4032 W. Girard Ave at Poet Art Gallery from approximately 3pm to 7pm.

Here’s the rundown:

· On Monday (10/12), Graduate! Philadelphia will kick things off with a session for adults who have some college credit and are ready to go back to school to complete their college degree and advance their careers.

· On Tuesday (10/13), PhillyGoes2College will provide resources and one-on-one consulting sessions on how to succeed in college.

· Also on Tuesday (10/13), After School Activities Partnerships (ASAP) offer chess and debate challenges for students. Come test your skills!

· On Wednesday (10/14) the Graduate Coach Campaign will provide training for adults who want to serve as mentors for the young people in their lives who are navigating high school, college and beyond.

· Finally, on Thursday (10/15), a financial aid counselor from West Chester University will be available to answer all of your questions on how to pay for college. Topics covered will include scholarships, grants and loans.

Bring a friend, colleague, neighbor, relative to these great programs! All programs are free and snacks will be available. Now is the time to start on your path toward making your educational dreams come true!
