Wanted: General Contractor on Retainer
The Enterprise Center-CDC has been approved by the Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation (PHDC) to participate in the City’s Targeted Housing Preservation Program (THPP). THPP funds may be used to support both basic systems repairs and exterior repairs for homeowners in the community. TEC-CDC is seeking a contractor on retainer to carry out work on its first five approved properties, and on future approved properties.
