Garden Fundamentals Workshops This Week

Posted by on April 11, 2003

The Urban Nutrition Initiative will be holding a Garden Fundamentals Workshop followed by a Garden Lesson Planning session. Each will happen once per day at assorted times so that everyone may attend. Our goal is to have every staff person literate with the garden, to have everyone able to approach and initiate a hands-on curriculum with the teachers, and to ensure that everyone has direction in their individual garden projects.

Everyone is welcome to attend, however, all university students working with Drew or UCHS classrooms are required to attend a workshop. All workshops will cover the same skills; Please pick the time that best fits your schedule and show up at the garden promptly at that time. No RSVP required.

In case of rain, please call the office prior to the workshop for a raindate, or attend a subsequent workshop. In the case that you are unable to make ANY of the times listed, please contact Liz to set up another time. And, of course, please contact Liz with any questions you may have.
