Free Tax Preparation Services
Beginning on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 ACHIEVEability will provide free tax preparation services through the Community Services Office located at 59 N. 60th Street. This will mark the 4th consecutive year that ACHIEVEability has offered free tax preparation services to the local West Philadelphia Community.
In 2012 more than 200 residents utilized the free services, saving more than $254,000 on fees typically associated with tax preparation services. ACHIEVEability is working to increase the economic viability of Philadelphia’s low income working households so that they can plan for stable, secure futures and can participate fully in civic and community life.
