Free Legal Clinic for Small Businesses, Oct. 23

Philadelphia VIP will be hosting a small business clinic on Wednesday, October 23rd from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at a Center City location.
Are you the owner of a local small business? If so, Volunteer Attorneys want to provide you with free legal advice in the following areas:
- Hiring employees and consultants
- Employee handbooks
- Contracts
- Commercial leases
- Indemnification
- Licensing and taxes
- Trademarks and logos
Our legal clinics are an opportunity for small business owners to meet one-on-one with an attorney to ask about contracts, intellectual property, commercial leases/real estate, and other business legal issues. After the clinic event, we match eligible small business owners with volunteer attorneys to address any issues identified at the event.
