Free Adult College Access Counseling Services: Now Serving Zip Codes 19145 and 19146

Announcement:
The University of Pennsylvania’s Educational Opportunity Center has expanded its free adult college counseling service area to include South Philadelphia zip codes 19145 and 19146. This is a new addition to our service area, which previously consisted of West and Southwest Philadelphia. If you are an adult who reside in these zip codes or areas of the city and interested in attending college or would like more information, please contact UPenn EOC at: 215-573-8000 or eoc@exchange.upenn.edu.
About Us:
The UPenn Educational Opportunity Center has served adult residence of West and Southwest Philadelphia since 1999. Annually we assist over a 1,000 adults with preparation and planning to attend a college of their choice, thus achieving their goal of higher education. Our program provides one-on-one counseling and tutoring services for college preparation. We also assist participants with finding additional resources to overcome impediments, which may be a hindrance to their personal development and success. We encourage and motivate our participants, helping them to realize that they have the power within themselves to achieve their educational goals.
